Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, we start production right away. Please make sure when placing your order that you select the correct size, style, and color that you want. Please allow for slight color variations due to people's monitor differences. 

All Sales Are Final.

 

Processing Time

Please allow 1-5 days processing time for your order to be made, packaged and shipped. Then allow another 1-5 days for it to arrive in your hands! Orders can take a shorter or longer time to get to you depending on the volume of orders we are handling at the time. Additionally it can depend on the volume of orders the post office is dealing with at the time. If you order is going to be extremely delayed - we will reach out to you. With all this is mind, please allow yourself two weeks before you need an item.

 

Items Missing

If you ordered more than one item, there is a chance they may arrive in separate packaging. We send items out, as they are completed. This keeps things running smoothly and your items getting to you as quickly as possible. If you are positive your order is still incomplete, please reach out to us ASAP - so we can fix that for you. 

 

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens you need to contact the United States Postal Service and file a claim. If you need help with the tracking number or further information, we are happy to provide you with any information you may need for your claim. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible if your order is sent to the wrong address, due to the information you provide when checking out. Please make sure to double check all the information when placing your order. If you notice there is an error right after checking out - please contact us ASAP, so that we can change your address on our end, before your order goes into production. If an order has to be re-mailed to a new address, the buyer will be responsible for all costs associated.

 

Damaged Item

If an item arrives damaged, please send us photos ASAP, so that we can do our best to rectify the situation.
